During his tenure with the U.S. Secret Service, Mr. Booker served as the executive-level leader and subject matter expert of physical security. In this role, he conducted and mitigated over 100+ threat & vulnerability assessments for the President and Vice President of the United States, including international government facilities and venues. Mr. Booker led his staff to safely secure high visibility locations, including the White House, the Vice President’s residence, U.S. Secret Service field offices, and all former living Presidents’ private residences.

Mr. Booker brings diverse physical security expertise and field experience, including physical security technology, chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, explosives, and fire & life safety countermeasures. In addition, he has strategic and budgetary oversight in providing full lifecycle support cradle-to-grave for a full range of physical security projects at the above- aforementioned locations.

Mr. Booker also served a four-year tenure post-retirement as the Vice President of Technical & Physical Security at Warner Bros. Discovery. Mr. Booker served as a member of the Senior Leadership Team and advanced the organization’s mission as the senior advisor and strategic leader in physical security technology. He was charged with daily budgetary, operational, and programmatic oversight of physical security and global technology.
